• Google Authentication: If you choose to sign in via Google, we collect your Google unique identifier (Google ID), email, and name to facilitate secure account creation. We do not access your private files, emails, or contacts.
• Identity Verification (KYC): If you choose to become a verified volunteer or vet, we temporarily collect and process your uploaded credentials (NID, Driver's License, or Vet ID).
• Location & Geofencing Data: We process your GPS coordinates to target relevant alerts and pinpoint animals in distress.
• Security Data: We collect behavioral signals via Google reCAPTCHA v3 to ensure legitimate user activity and prevent automated bot spam.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used exclusively for facilitating animal rescues. We use your location, skills, and animal preferences to connect you with nearby emergencies. Identity verification documents are strictly for Administrative review to establish a trusted network. We do not sell your personal data to third-party marketers.

3. Public Information & Portfolios

To facilitate rescues, incident reports (location, description, contact phone number) are visible to registered users. Your rescue statistics, earned badges, and profile avatar may be publicly accessible via the Public Hero Portfolio.

4. Data Security

We implement strict security measures, including hashed passwords, secure sessions, reCAPTCHA bot-protection, and restricted access to sensitive KYC documents. You use the platform at your own risk.
