1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the PranBachao network, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. Account Security & Third-Party Auth

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, whether created via email or through Google Sign-In. PranBachao is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from a compromise of your personal Google account or email provider.

3. Platform Role & Liability Waiver

PranBachao is a communication and logistics platform. We do not employ the rescuers or the veterinarians. By participating in a rescue, you acknowledge that handling animals carries inherent risks. PranBachao is not liable for any physical injuries, diseases, or property damage incurred during rescues.

4. Identity Verification & Conduct

Submitting forged, fraudulent, or stolen KYC documents will result in an immediate and permanent ban. Abusive language in the Live Dispatch Chat or public case timelines will not be tolerated.

5. Financial Transparency

PranBachao provides a medical funding tracker. The platform does not hold or process funds directly; transactions occur peer-to-peer. We are not responsible for unfulfilled donations.

6. Public Portfolios & AI Assist

Your rescue statistics may be showcased on a public "Hero Portfolio." The "AI Vet Assistant" is powered by generative AI and is provided for first-aid suggestions only. It is not a substitute for professional veterinary diagnosis.
